Series 007 Double Check Valve Assemblies prevent the backflow of contaminated water into the potable water supply. It consists of a bronze (1/2 to 2 in) or fused epoxy coated cast iron (2 1/2 to 3 in) body construction that is easy to maintain and service. Series 007 is ideal at referenced cross-connections identified as non-health hazard applications. Check with local inspection authorities for installation requirements. Watts 709
Series 709 Double Check Valve Assemblies prevent the reverse flow of polluted water from entering into the potable water supply. It has a modular check design for easy maintenance and epoxy coated (FDA approved) cast iron body construction. Series 719 Double Check Valve Assemblies are designed to protect drinking water supplies from dangerous cross-connections in accordance with national plumbing codes and water authority requirements. It consists of a bronze alloy body construction and chloramine resistant elastomers. Series 719 features a separate access, top-entry check valve design for ease of maintenance and is for use at referenced cross-connections in non-health hazard applications. Series 757, 757N Double Check Valve Assemblies prevent the backflow of pollutants that are objectionable but not toxic, from entering into the potable water supply. It features a stainless steel housing and sleeve and is 70% lighter than traditional designs. Series 757, 757N is designed for non-health hazard applications and may be installed under continuous pressure service to protect against both backpressure and backsiphonage.
