Model DCV Double Check Valve Assemblies prevent backflow of pollutants or contaminated water into the potable water system due to backsiphonage or backpressure. It consists of a fusion bonded epoxy coated ductile iron body and single access cover. The check valves are constructed with Noryl™ seats and discs (2 ½” & 3”) or unleaded bronze materials (4”-10”). Larger than 4” and larger features a captured spring design. Model DCVE are designed for cross-connections identified as non-health hazard applications by the local authority having jurisdiction. Local codes shall govern installations requirements. | |

The model DCVE are easy to maintain and service with no special tools required.
