Flomatic Corporation Valves is a company committed to preserving and improving the environment while producing valve products that meet the most stringent safety and health standards. Flomatic Corporation located in Glens Falls, upstate New York, is a manufacturer of high quality valves primarily for domestic and municipal water and wastewater applications. Forrest S. White founded the company in 1933 in Hoosick Falls, New York (40 miles north east of Albany) as the White Flomatic Corporation. At that time, the main products that the company manufactured were bronze check valves, regulators and hot water circulators for industrial and domestic heating. Wilbur C. Rice became the president in 1962, at which time a program to modernize the plant and machinery began and the focus turned strictly to water and wastewater valves.

Hot Box® has been designing and manufacturing water equipment enclosures since 1986. They originated as a design arm of an industrial insulation contracting company in Jacksonville, FL. They have since grown to be the largest designer/manufacturer of backflow equipment enclosures in the U.S. The Hot Box® is designed to enhance the installation of backflow prevention, pump, and sprinkler assemblies, pressure vacuum breakers, air release valves, etc. in the most economical, accessible location - outside, above ground. More and more designers, utilities, and contractors are putting the Backflow Preventer "at the curb" to eliminate the problems encountered in equipment rooms (no costly floor space, drainage constraints..) and pits (OSHA 29 CFR, parts 1910 flooding, accessibility ..)

For the past 30 years Mid-West Instrument has been producing Quality Backflow Test Kits. Our Model 830 has been the benchmark of the industry for decades. Constant input from field testers led to refinements such as inline filters, laminated test procedures, removable lids, soft seated needle valves & line pressure gauges. Further input testing and updated technology led to the portable Model 844. The culmination of all this development has resulted in Mid-West’s newest product offering, the Model 845. This new model features all the benefits you’ve come to expect from our kits and is available in 5-valve, 3-valve and 2-valve configurations. The addition of the Model 845 to our product lineup truly allows Mid-West to offer “A Test Kit for Every Preference”!

With nearly four decades of experience, Shurjoint is recognized as a world leader in the design and manufacture of mechanical piping components. Shurjoint has developed and currently offers over 3000 individual piping components in sizes from ½” to 96”, for use with a variety of piping materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, ductile iron, PVC, HDPE, CPVC and copper tubing.

In the 1900’s, Watts introduced the revolutionary combination temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valve, a protection device for use on hot water supply tank systems. These T&P valves prevented dangerous hot water heater explosions and continue to be an integral part of today’s water heating systems. In the 1970’s, Watts was instrumental in the promotion of backflow prevention devices to prevent the backward flow of contaminated water from entering into the potable water supply. Watts continues to lead the backflow prevention market today.

Zurn was founded in 1900 in Erie, PA. It originally manufactured a patented backwater valve, and it now manufactures and distributes one of the largest plumbing products packages in the world! Zurn includes: the Specification Drainage Operation, AquaFlush flush valves, AquaSense sensor-operated plumbing products, AquaSpec commercial faucets, Wilkins, Zurn Light Commercial, Flo-Thru, the Chemical Drainage Systems, Zurn PEX Plumbing Systems and Zurn Radiant Heat.
